Bitter Taste
- Lower water temperature
- Use fresher powder
- Reduce whisk time slightly
Clumps
- Sift before adding water
- Start with a small splash of water to make a paste
Weak Flavor
- Increase powder to 2.5 grams
- Use less water
Too Thick
- Add 10 to 20 ml warm water and whisk again
