Matcha Brewing Workflow
Use this workflow when you want reliable matcha every time.
Prep
- Warm your bowl and whisk with hot water.
- Dry the bowl lightly.
- Sift 2 grams matcha into the bowl.
Brew
- Add 60 to 70 ml water at 75C to 80C.
- Whisk in an M or W motion for 15 to 20 seconds.
- Finish with short circular strokes to smooth the foam.
Serve Options
- Drink straight as usucha
- Pour over ice for a cold version
- Add steamed milk for a latte

- Keep your ratio constant for repeatable taste
- Taste and adjust only one variable at a time
- Clean tools right after use to avoid stale aroma
