How to Whisk Matcha (Usucha)
Step-by-Step
Sift 2 grams matcha into a warm bowl.
Add 60 to 70 ml hot water at 75C to 80C.
Whisk in a fast M or W motion for 15 to 20 seconds.
Slow down and finish with small circles to polish the foam.
Drink immediately for the freshest aroma.
